Thanks for your interest in Signal Squirrel. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you join the waitlist or use our beta software (together, the “Service”). By submitting your email or accessing the beta, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you’re using Signal Squirrel on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Beta programme
- Signal Squirrel is currently in beta, which means features may change or be removed without notice.
- We may limit, suspend, or end beta access at any time.
- We welcome feedback and may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
Please avoid the following:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
- Using the Service to send spam, launch denial of service attacks, or violate laws.
- Automating data collection beyond usage limits documented in the product.
Intellectual property
Signal Squirrel—including all branding, illustrations, and software—is owned by the Signal Squirrel team. By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service you agree to those practices.
Payment & plans
During the beta there’s no fee to participate. If you later pick a paid plan, the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout will apply. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users. You can stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SIGNAL SQUIRREL WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL SQUIRREL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Signal Squirrel entity providing the Service is established. Disputes will be resolved in a mutually agreed forum, or where required by applicable law.
Changes
We may modify these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll notify waitlist members via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
